NEW Boot Campers
There are 2 ways to get involved:
- If you are interested in finding out what a boot camp workout is all about, come in and try one for FREE! Email Robyn@FrontRangeBootCamp.com or call Robyn at 720-231-5075 to schedule a day and a time that works for you!
- If you are ready to jump right in; the next step is to set up a day and a time to do your fitness evaluation and have you participate in a free 90 minute personal training session where you will learn the proper form for the essential exercises you will be doing in boot camp so you can hit the ground running safely and confidently your first day.
