Your Coach for this workshop is Stacey Heronema. I have known Stacey for 14 years. She is a certified Crossfit coach at Crossfit Sanitas in Boulder.
“Stacey is a Colorado native and grew up playing competitive soccer on a traveling team. Stacey loved Colorado so much that she turned down a full ride soccer scholarship to a Division I school, so she could stay close to the mountains. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she studied Integrative Physiology and Psychology. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2011, and plans on going back to school for a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Stacey began her coaching career when she was a teenager, coaching pee-wee T-Ball and youth soccer and track. After graduating from CU she became a certified personal trainer and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Her training career lead also her to instructing group outdoor fitness boot camps in Boulder. Her background knowledge from her Bachelor’s Degree combined with her experience and passion for fitness have allowed Stacey to excel in the health and fitness industry.”
I am excited for this new Challenge and for the possibilities is has to change your life, for the rest of your life. ITS TIME.
